MacLean announces leadership changes to set stage for ‘next 50’ of mining equipment innovation

50th anniversary year milestone ushers in new MacLean era of global growth across the Americas, Africa, and Australasia

[Collingwood, 11 September 2023] – MacLean Engineering today announced the promotion of two of its current Executive Team members, to roles that will be pivotal in shaping the company’s future. Stella Holloway, formerly the Vice President of Sales and Operations for Ontario, Central and Western Canada, and the Maritimes, has been promoted to the role of President.  Tony Caron, formerly the Vice President of Sales for Quebec and Latin America, has been promoted to Vice President of Global Sales.  Kevin MacLean will retain his position as Chief Executive Officer and Don MacLean will retain his role as Chairman of the Board.

Ms. Holloway has had an impressive 15-year tenure at MacLean Engineering, where she has held various positions in sales and management. Her journey within the company led her to her current role, where she oversees sales and support operations at the MacLean branch in Sudbury, Ontario. With her strong leadership skills and customer-centric approach, she consistently achieved positive outcomes in Canada. Now, she is poised to take on a broader role that aligns with MacLean’s expanding global presence in sales and support.

During his 27-year career at MacLean, Mr. Caron has excelled in a diverse array of sales and customer support positions. His track record in cultivating national and international customer relationships is well established. In his new role, he is entrusted with the responsibility of spearheading MacLean’s global sales efforts for the next generation.
