MacLean-Documoto is a cloud-based platform that offers customers accessible, secure, and user-friendly access to their MacLean fleet documentation and online parts ordering.

How to Login

Go to : https://maclean.app.documoto.com/– and enter your login credentials. To receive login credentials, please contact your MacLean Engineering Customer Service Rep (CSR) or email: documenation@macleanengineering.com

Every Capital Build Customer will have access to view the Documentation for the Rigs that they have purchased directly from MacLean Engineering. Documentation for aftermarket rigs can also be arranged through your Customer Service Rep (CSR). Each customer’s Documoto experience is tailored to include only their MacLean fleet.

What to do if I forgot my Documoto Password?

Click on the “Forgot Password” on the Documoto Login Screen. If you do not receive an email to reset your password, please contact: documentation@macleanengineering.com to have your password reset.

For maintenance planners, maintenance crews, procurement staff, and site management, it’s an online one-stop-shop where connectivity exists, and for non-connected environments, it offers up the ability to rapidly export & download PDF documents and take them underground.

MacLean-Documoto offers an important communication process where users are notified by a pop up, mandatory read-through window when logging in. Instead of sifting through email for the latest safety news, they can simply log into Documoto and be instantly shown the latest high priority Hazard Alert or Product Service Bulletins.

How often is Documoto updated with new content and information?

Documoto is updated as new content and information becomes available. Parts Manuals are continuously updated as part information is modified. The latest Maintenance information is always available in Documoto, as it is released. If applicable, parts pricing and availability are updated in real time online, as the system is directly linked to our internal database.

Are there any hardware or software requirements for using Documoto?

Documoto is supported by the latest version of all major web browsers, including Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera and Microsoft Edge. Documoto is also supported on Internet Explorer 11, but the aesthetics of the user interface will be slightly different from other versions. The Documoto library is also mobile-friendly, and can be accessed on most devices, including smartphones, tablets, PCs and laptops.

Documoto seems slow. Why isn’t it faster?

Documoto is cloud-based software. The two main factors that determine performance are your internet connection speed and the speed of the device you are using to access Documoto.
