By performing a detailed audit/inspection or using our quick appraisal price calculator, our field service technicians can provide a comprehensive assessment of your MacLean mining vehicle. We offer audits for repair, refurbishment, in part or complete, either in one of the refurbishment workshops of our branches or at your mining site.

Tools and Project Management
- Once the mining vehicle has been audited, we complete a full review of the scope of work with the customer and our Rebuild Shop Manager. All customers sign off on scopes of work before work begins. MacLean committed to working with our customers to provide scopes of work that meet their needs
- When equipment is rebuilt, we make a concerted effort to advise our customers that component replacement or upgrades may be in their best interest.
Component Obsolescence
We communicate parts obsolescence during the rebuild when a component can no longer be supported or risks impacting equipment availability, due to a variety of reasons including a supplier change, poor past performance, and the age of a component.
Updates and Reviews
- Customers are provided with weekly updates on the progress of the rebuild and we offer our customers the opportunity to visit our rebuild shop during the rebuild process.
- Clear and detailed pictures provide visual confirmation of rebuild status to our customer.
