MacLean Research and Training Facility

The 2018 acquisition of a Research & Training Facility (renamed ‘Ducky Mine’) in Sudbury speaks to our unwavering commitment to engineering and manufacturing best-in-class mining equipment for the global industry.  Having our own dedicated underground focused on the development of future products and the improvement of current products, is a game changer for MacLean.

This facility allows our customer support and training teams to test and validate anything we create, design, and produce, prior to landing on customer sites. This includes new parts, rebuilds and technological upgrades. By doing so, we eliminate downtime and delays on site to prevent any production delays for our customers.

Our Research & Training facility is open to all customers who are interested in visiting and touring our underground facility and seeing our equipment in action.

Please contact your account representative to book a tour of our Research and Training Facility located in Lively, Ontario Canada.
