The MacLean regional branch in Wangara, Western Australia has been actively providing sales, service, and support solutions to mining customers in the Australian & Asia Pacific Regions since 2010. As a premier source for underground mining equipment in Australia, the MacLean facility is equipped with a parts warehouse, a service workshop with several workstations set up for component repairs, and a designated section for boom repairs. It also houses exclusive bays for full rebuild work and equipment modifications where equipment audits, teardowns, and testing are performed. The facility also has capabilities to upgrade and modify new equipment before delivering it to mine site. Since 2020 MacLean also has had a branch in Orange, New South Wales, which allows the company to offer prompt service to the customer base on the East Coast. Furthermore, MacLean will be adding new resources to support several mine customers in South Australia. In Brisbane region, MacLean has a sales office supporting Queensland and other East Coast customers.
MacLean Australasia also supports major Australian mining contractors working in various global locations and manages MacLean distributor network in Mongolia and soon in Indonesia. Mining customers around the globe see added value in the MacLean mining vehicle ownership experience, due to the quality of design and build, and the extent of service and support. This MacLean brand promise of performance, reliability and innovation is why the MacLean mining vehicle footprint is expanding across Australia and throughout the Asia Pacific mining sector.
