For technical and professional roles you can expect to have interviews with Hiring Managers, HR Professionals, and other Subject Matter Experts in a particular department.  In Manufacturing several skilled roles have hands on standardized testing administered to assess the capabilities in a real world environment.  With more senior level people leader roles we work to have candidates meet one or more members of our executive team to helps assess cultural fit. 

At MacLean Engineering most of our locations are attached to our manufacturing and service facilities.  As such most roles are considered permanent on-site so that we can partner directly with our operations. Specific roles not dedicated to supporting, servicing, or collaborating with our manufacturing and service teams do have some opportunity for flexible working however this is done on an exception basis.
